Hey! I’m Lia, 29, looking for a place or people to team up with for an apartment in Melbourne CBD (or nearby).

I work full-time in the city, usually in the office three days a week and from home some Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pretty relaxed and easy to get along with, I like a clean space but not uptight about it. I don’t smoke or have any pets.

Ideally rent would be around $350 a week + about $60 per week for utilities and internet, but I’m flexible depending on the place. Move-in anytime over the next couple of months works for me.

I’m hoping to live with someone around my age who’s LGBTQ+ friendly. Bonus if you’re up for the occasional chat or movie night but also appreciate quiet time.
