I’m 37, work full-time in healthcare, and study Psychology online.

I’m looking for a long-term room to rent with my cat, Bubby. He’s toilet-trained, friendly, and great with other cats.

I work 8–5 in Victoria Park and catch the train, which doubles as my study time.
Weekends are for movies, reading, or exploring Perth.

I’m clean, respectful, easy-going, and not a big drinker (though I don’t mind the occasional social one).
I usually make sandwiches or eat out, so I barely use the kitchen.

I’d love a house with other pets so Bubby can have a playmate. He’s three, playful, and always indoors except for little lead walks.
