Budget: Under 220 (or under 260 with bills included)

Hiya! I'm a jeweller and artist working in the Adelaide CBD. I moved to South Aus from Melbourne in January and am looking to switch up which side of the city I’m living on. I’m leaving my current place as the owner is moving into the property in the new year.

I’m a quiet individual who keeps to myself most of the time but I do enjoy a chat and a cuppa every now and then. Most of my days are spent at work but I work from home occasionally as well (no voice calls, just admin bits). In my spare time I’m generally watching movies, exploring the city or video gaming. If you’re curious about my job as a jeweller and exhibiting artist you’re more than welcome to ask me about it!

I value a really clean and tidy space with people who clean up after themselves, and preference a house with rostered chores. I also really value having quiet time after about 10pm on a weeknight. That all said, I don’t mind a games night or a party here and there!

I don’t drive so access to public transport is a big must-have for me. Being close to a supermarket is also a huge plus - even if it’s 20 minutes on the bus - just a short walk is appreciated.

I love cats and I will gladly take care of a housemates cat if they’re going away somewhere! I have a family cat back in Melbourne that I miss very much c’:

What I’m looking for in a room/property:
- Washing machine.
- Large bedroom.
- Close to public transport.
- Close to supermarket.
- Preferably: Airconditioned.
- Preferably: toilet seperate from bathroom.
- Preferably: large freezer space.
- Reliable hot water.
- Reliable internet.
