Hello! We’re Sophia and Thomas, a long-term couple of six years who are excited to find a place to call home on the Gold Coast.
I (Sophia) work full-time as a School Officer at a school in Mudgeeraba while completing my Bachelor of Primary and Special Education at ACU Brisbane. I’m passionate about education, inclusion, and creating calm, organised spaces that feel welcoming.
Thomas is a qualified mechanic with a stable, full-time position and a strong work ethic. He’s reliable, easy-going, and enjoys quiet evenings after work, gaming or watching movies.
Together, we live a peaceful, tidy lifestyle. We don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and take pride in maintaining our home to a high standard. On weekends, we enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking, or relaxing with friends and family.
We’re looking for a long-term (Private) rental that we can treat as our own, somewhere we can settle into and take excellent care of. Preferably a one bedroom place or a Granny Flat. You’ll find us to be responsible, respectful tenants who always pay rent on time and keep communication professional and friendly.
