Hey! my name is Max i’m 23 and work full time in heritage chimney and fireplace restoration and have for coming up on four years. a large chunk of my week is taken up by work but on friday nights / weekends i like to unwind with some drinks watching live music if a good event is on or a movie. I’m super social and love connecting with people but also value time alone too. my interests are music, fitness, art, cooking good food, making fun drinks, jewellery making, and just generally wellness. i’m incredibly tidy and respectful of shared spaces and take a lot of pride in keeping my things orderly. i’m currently living deep in the north and wanting to move closer in to make my daily commutes a little easier and give myself some more time with friends that are inner city. I have minimal furniture and decor so space isn’t a massive issue. i own two cars but currently in the process of selling one so parking isn’t a massive concern, i don’t mind street parking. as i said i work full time in the construction sector so my mornings start earlier but respecting noise levels in the morning isn’t a problem I’m usually out of the house by 7ish. my facebook isn’t a super good representation of me because i think i made it just to trawl marketplace but my instagram  and my phone number if you’d like to chat or organise a meeting, messenger is fine too. my ideal move in dates would be lateish november or early december thanks heaps let me know!
