Ana and Maja

Hi everyone!
My wife Maja and I recently moved to Melbourne (October 2025) and we’re looking for a long-term home.
We’re both teachers — Maja is a visual arts teacher with a PhD, and I (Ana) have a Master’s degree in Special Education and Rehabilitation for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals. We both hold Permanent Residency.

Outside of work, Maja’s a former state champion in competitive kayaking (she still loves spending time on the water!), and I’m passionate about community work and helping others. We both enjoy cooking, music, nature walks, and exploring new cultures.

We have a calm, well-behaved 10-year-old dog named Uma, she’s medium-sized, fully trained, quiet, and has lived with us her whole life. She passed all quarantine checks when entering Australia and has references from our previous landlord.

We’re clean, organized, and respectful tenants who really appreciate peaceful, green spaces. We both enjoy plants and love keeping outdoor (and indoor) spaces beautiful.
