Hey!

I’m Alainne, 25, AFAB non-binary, and currently working in commercial sales for hospitality equipment and supplies. I’m an ex-chef and also planning to start a new trade apprenticeship in the next six months or so. My work hours are currently Tuesday - Saturday, roughly 9am–5:30pm, and I’m looking to move after the 9th of November.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with a good book or puzzle, catching up with friends, getting outdoors, having a quiet night in, or occasionally having a few drinks. I’m tidy and have lived in a few sharehouses before, so I understand and value the importance of being a considerate housemate and respecting shared spaces.

I have a partner, but we don’t live together, she might stay over occasionally (only if everyone’s comfortable with that), though we usually opt to stay at her place anyway. I also dog sit most Monday nights. I’d say I’m a bit of a private person at first, but once I settle in, I really enjoy friendly chats and a relaxed, comfortable vibe at home.

I’m looking for an easygoing, respectful, LGBTQ+ friendly sharehouse with people who appreciate a balance between social and quiet / private time. I’m also neurodivergent and would love the chance to live with other neurodivergent housemates, though it’s not an essential requirement. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture.
