Hi I’m Kaya 😊 I’ve recently moved from London to Australia after leaving my corporate job and I’m excited to settle into a new home in Sydney.

I’m clean, tidy, quiet and very respectful of shared spaces and boundaries. I’ve lived with housemates before so I understand how important it is to be considerate and easy to live with. I’m responsible, reliable and always pay rent and bills on time.

I love beach days, matcha & cute cafes, long hikes (maybe with wine at the end because..balance), reading, concerts and getting dressed up & going for cocktails. I’m friendly and approachable but also value a calm home and my own space.
