Khishkok

Hi, I’m Khishkok, a Deaf community worker and teacher, currently living and working in Melbourne.

I’m looking for a room available early January or February ,ideally short-term (3-6 months to start) with the option to extend if it’s a good match.

📍 Preferred areas:
Maribyrnong, Kensington, North Melbourne, Brunswick, or Northcote - anywhere quiet, safe, and with easy access to both tram and train to the city.

About me:
I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful. I use Auslan, English, Kurdish and I’m hard of hearing, so I’d love to live with friendly and open-minded Deaf, HoH, or hearing housemates who are comfortable communicating visually and written notes when I experience difficulties to hear or understand. I also can speak Kurdish as my first language and English as third language.
