I’m a full-time Project Manager working in Melbourne CBD and looking for a clean, comfortable place to call home. I’ve been living in Melbourne for over 7 years, have a clean rental history, and am tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I enjoy friendly conversations but also respect personal space, making co-living smooth and enjoyable. I’m a non-smoker, have no pets, and always keep shared areas neat. I mostly eat out and only use the kitchen lightly, e.g., for a quick coffee.

I’m ideally looking for a private bedroom in Essendon, Moonee Ponds, or Ascot Vale, with good access to public transport. Parking is a bonus. My budget is up to $370/week.
