Looking for a place to rent in the new year.
Must be the whole property. Not a share home or room. 1 bed + Study or 2 bed + for guest who may come to visit. Budget is $800 per week. Would like utilities included+ internet if possible I am happy to increase rent per week $850,for the accommodation if included, Furnished or partially furnished would be great. I'd need it to be near Altona Gate. Currently renting in Yarraville lease is untill July 2026 but willing to move out sooner if anything suitable becomes available, I also have a cat he is senior and house trained.
