I’m Ash, 40, working for an airline so my schedule runs a little differently with shift work. Because of that, I do value having my own bathroom where possible, just to keep things easy with early starts and late finishes, but I’m flexible for the right place and the right people.

I’d describe myself as friendly, positive, and easy to get along with. I like a home that feels comfortable and relaxed, where people can have a laugh but also respect each other’s space. I’m naturally clean, tidy, and very considerate when it comes to shared living. You won’t be chasing me up to do my part.

I’m also very reliable and take pride in that. Rent and bills are always paid on time, without exception. I like things to run smoothly and believe that makes a big difference in a shared home.

Outside of work, I’m usually gaming, reading, or cooking. I enjoy making a good meal and sharing it when the moment feels right, but I’m just as happy keeping things quiet and doing my own thing. I like that balance.

I also have a small dog, Juice. He’s well behaved, friendly, and very settled indoors. He’s a happy little companion and fits easily into a calm home environment.

I’m really looking for somewhere that feels like a home, not just a place to sleep. Good energy, respectful people, and open communication matter to me.
