Just finishing three ridiculous years of a Master of Science and other postgraduate studies.

I had to downsize a few times during the last three years as study/life/work/finances were not easy to all keep up at once and finally ended up in Abbotsford with a mate.

Now looking to get back near the beach and Port Phillip / Bayside and doing all the healthy things I used to; beach, sports, seeing friends and enjoying weekends again, which feels like the greatest luxury ever.

I am not sure what the next year will bring; however, in six or so months it's likely that I'll head to the US, EU and UK for a few months or longer. Therefore, challenging to rent on my own with a long term lease.
