I’ve just accepted a new role on the Sunshine Coast (engineering / project management in infrastructure delivery) and am looking for a clean, comfortable home with respectful and easy-going housemate(s).

I’m in my 40s, originally from France, and have been living in Australia for almost 20 years. I’m tidy, organised and reliable, and I value a relaxed, considerate home environment. I work full-time (standard hours, office or site-based) and I’m very mindful of other people’s space and routines.

Outside of work I’m active and outdoorsy—I enjoy cycling, ocean swimming, and exploring new places. I don’t smoke and keep things low-key during the week.

I’m looking for a place in the central Sunshine Coast area (Maroochydore / Buderim / Mooloolaba / Kawana Waters / Sippy Downs, etc.). Ideally, I’d like an ensuite or my own bathroom, and off-street covered parking would be a bonus.
