I've recently accepted a role in Perth, working in water infrastructure delivery, and I'm looking for a clean, comfortable home with respectful and easy-going housemate(s).

I'm in my 40s, originally from France, and have been living in Australia for almost 20 years. I'm tidy, organised, reliable and considerate, and I value a relaxed, friendly home environment where everyone respects each other's space and routines.

I work full-time, generally during standard business hours, and will be based mainly in Leederville, with occasional site visits.

Outside work, I'm active and outdoorsy. I enjoy cycling, ocean swimming, running and exploring new places. I don't smoke, and I generally keep things quiet during the week. I'm sociable and always happy to have a chat or share a meal, while also appreciating time to myself.

What I'm looking for:
- A private bedroom with enough space for a desk and chair.
- Ideally a furnished room, with my own bathroom or ensuite.
- A clean, quiet home, preferably shared with other working professionals.
- Secure off-street parking, ideally covered, and somewhere safe to keep a bicycle.

Leederville, North Perth, Mount Hawthorn, West Leederville, West Perth or nearby suburbs, preferably within a 20-minute bicycle ride of Leederville.

I'm planning to arrive around mid-November 2026 and initially looking for approximately six months, with some flexibility depending on the arrangements.

I'm relocating to Perth ahead of my family's more permanent move, so this accommodation would be for me only.
