Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Zac, and I’m reaching out from Malaysia. I am currently searching for accommodation in Sydney and would like to check if you have any suitable listings.

My requirements are as follows:
1. Budget: Approximately AUD 350/week. I’m open to sharing the bathroom and common areas, but I require a private room.
2. Dual occupancy starting in April: My partner will join me in April, and we will share the same room. From that time onwards, we are prepared to pay an additional AUD 50–70/week.
3. If higher rent is required from the start: If dual occupancy pricing must apply from the beginning (even before my friend arrives), then we are looking for a room that supports two occupants at around AUD 350/week.
4. Location preference:
* I will be studying at USYD
* My friend will be working at UTS
We hope to find a place within a 30-minute walking distance to both campuses.
