I’m easygoing, respectful, and value a calm, tidy home. I’m very considerate of shared spaces, clean as I go, and believe good communication keeps everything running smoothly.
I’m social and friendly but also independent and comfortable doing my own thing, so I respect privacy and downtime. I’m reliable with bills, routines, and commitments, and I genuinely treat a shared home as home, not just somewhere to crash.
I understand give-and-take, boundaries, and being someone people feel comfortable living alongside.

I do house sits from time to time, hence the reason to have a one week to one month stay request. Also if you are someone who only wants a flat mate here and there, I would be very happy to pay you per night when I am not house sitting if that is something that would also suit you. Regards, Roanna
