Jaxi

My name’s Jaxi, I’m 19 years old and have been living in Canberra for almost two years now while studying at ANU. Alongside uni, I work part-time at Highgrove Bathrooms, which gives me a steady income and helps me stay on top of my responsibilities.

I’d describe myself as reliable, tidy, and considerate, someone who takes good care of their space and respects the people around them. I like to keep things clean and organised, and I always make sure to pay rent and bills on time. I’m fairly quiet and keep to myself, but I’m also friendly and approachable. I really value having a peaceful home environment and being part of a nice, respectful community.

Outside of work and study, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, and catching up with friends. I tend to spend most evenings relaxing at home or focusing on uni work.

I’m hoping to find a comfortable, longer term place where I can feel settled and contribute positively as a tenant. I’m happy to provide references from employers or previous landlords if needed.
