** Wanted mid-April 2026**

Looking for a lovely little furnished studio ($450) or female house co-share ($350).

I am relocating in April from ridiculously sunny QLD to your sweet town of Hobart. Hopefully to live out my days in a cooler climate where I can actually wear my hand knitted woollens... and I know you have good coffee as all cold climate cities do.

I have successfully been a sole trader in the community care space for a decade. Plenty of work on offer in Hobart. I have 6 months rent ready to go but happy to commit to a 3 month "try before you buy" if that suits the situation better.

I am definitely an introvert, in that I recharge in the quiet spaces. I have lived alone in private rentals both studio and duplex style, so understand the benefits of having peaceful neighbourly relations. Good references available.

I am studying part time at UTAS, likely to work a mix of weekday/weekends, early to bed and early to rise. Love a peaceful life and offer the same in return.

Would like to start a conversation if you have something becoming available in mid April onwards, with the plan to meet in person for a coffee mid April.
