Looking for a comfortable and happy female co-share.

I am relocating in April from ridiculously sunny QLD to your sweet town of Hobart. Hopefully to live out my days in a cooler climate where I can actually wear my hand knitted woollens... and I know you have good coffee as all cold climate cities do.

Me: 48, she/her, no children, no pets, non smoker, happy :) I have been a sole trader in the community care space for a decade. Plenty of work on offer in Hobart.

I would be thrilled if the co-share is a wonderful match and longer term but am happy to commit to a 3 month "try before you buy" if that suits the situation better.

I am studying part time at UTAS, likely to work a mix of weekday/weekends, early to bed and early to rise. Love a peaceful life and offer the same in return.

Would like to start a conversation if you have something becoming available in late April.
