Looking for a place from early/mid January for long term

I’m quiet and reserved, I’m quite introverted, I keep to myself, but can be very social.
My hobbies are Mechanical repair, The Theatre, going to Cinemas, exploring new places, going to concerts and venues.

I have a car and can travel, run errands etc.
Happy to do chores, cleaning, taking out trash, as with any shared space must be respected for the wellbeing and health of everyone

I am from Sydney, looking to travel to Melbourne for the first time for long term stay and for work and to follow up with my studies.
