Hi everyone.

- Move-in from December 26 for a one-month stay until January (or two-month).
- Budget: up to $500 per week
- Location: Either in Southbank or not far from it.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room in a suburb that is safe, quiet, and welcoming. Southbank is my first choice since a close friend lives there, but I’m open to nearby suburbs as well.

June to August this year, I stayed in Melbourne for one and half month with my sister at 108 Apartments (Airbnb). It was a great experience, but definitely overspent, and since I am coming solo this time, I am very flexible and easy-going, here mostly to reconnect with friends, networking, meet new people, and enjoy the city at my own pace.

I’m the co-founder of a creative agency that’s been running for about five years now (team of 30+ members). I mostly on my Mac, and I’m pretty quiet (Zoom meetings are probably the only sound you’d hear from me). I usually bring my own toiletries, mind my own business, and prefer not to trouble anyone. No smoking, no drinking, no parties, just someone who needs a reliable space.

Really just looking for a simple, tidy room and a landlord who appreciates a respectful tenant.
