## Quick about me
I have a part time Job in a warehouse and a second casual job as an event labourer. With my spare time I like to see theatre occasionally, I am working on developing a video game, I brew mead and other drinks, cook for myself and friends, read fantasy novels, play board games, and listen to news podcasts to stay upto date.

## What Im looking for
I do like to be social, having people around me and hosting is something that is important to me. For me that doesn't mean a massive party every week, but I like to host dinner parties once a month with a couple friends and I really value expanding my friend group by meeting friends of friends. I really enjoy a social house with people who want to live together instead of a boarding house situation.

Things that I'd like in a house but not absolutely required:
* Some storage space eg garage or carport,
* Entertaining spaces eg living space and dining space,
* Nice kitchen because I like to cook,
* Minimal garden/lawn because I don't like gardening despite my attempts to like it,
* Aircon would be lovely but that's more of a bonus.
* Less than 1 hour commute to my job in Kings Cross

## Current Situation
I'm currently on a periodic lease after not signing because of rent increase, and have to give 3 weeks notice to move out, this means I have the flexibility to be picky and I want to find a place that really suits me. My goal is to find a place where everyone paying rent can pay less than $300.
