A brief summary about me:

I’m a reliable, respectful tenant with a stable income from private pension & insurance related to a spinal injury in 2018 while working abroad. I'm fully active and recovered. My rent is always paid on time. I maintain a clean, organised living space and I’m considerate of everyone around me.

Socially, I’m balanced — I can have a chat or a laugh, but I also respect people’s space and keep to myself when needed. I understand most listings prefer someone stable who pays rent on time rather than a social flatmate, and I’m completely comfortable with that.

I usually start my day early with the beach, coffee, and errands. During the hotter parts of the day I stay indoors , so an air‑conditioned room is important not a necessity. I like music, sports and enjoy watching standup comedy shows or comedy Netflix series to relax and chill laugh .

I attend regular physio 1 times month on chevron advanced medical with my Gp or I'm travelling to and from Fiji when needed for approx. 1-2 weeks at a time providing my services on humanitarian and administrative matters connected to a respected Fijian delegate with UNICEF who I’ve supported for many years. She is a member of the Bose Levu Vakaturaga (Great Council of Chiefs), and I previously accompanied her on international humanitarian support travel before my injury.

I’m available for inspection at any time that suits .
