About me, I am a 22-year-old Vietnamese male studying a Master's degree in Secondary Teaching in Perth. I have several hobbies, from something as common as baking and cooking or watching films and TV series to plane spotting and photography in general. Also, while I don't have pets, it would be lovely if your place has a kitten or a puppy, as I do enjoy playing with them!

As a housemate, I am a disciplined and tidy person with great awareness of cleanliness in my own and common spaces in a house. I totally respect each other's privacy and comfort; for example, I always clean up after myself and stay quiet at bedtime. I am not a party person and will never have friends coming for parties, but I would love to do activities with my housemates, such as a movie night or a special dinner together...

I am looking for a place that is tidy and clean, and also close to the CBD, as I will mainly study and work up there. Looking forward to being your new housemate!
