Hi! I'm a girl in her mid 20s looking for a female only share house or apartment in the inner Brisbane suburbs at the end of Jan. I'm originally from Melbourne, but am moving to Brisbane as I start a new job in the Queensland Government on February 1st.

I’d love a social household, as I really enjoy meeting new people and being friends with the people I live with. I’ll be moving away from most of my friends and family, so a friendly, welcoming vibe would mean a lot - bonus points if you’re happy to show me around Brisbane! That said, I’m pretty quiet during the week and usually in bed by 10pm watching Netflix or some trashy reality TV. I’m tidy and always clean up after myself, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen.

On the weekends I love going for walks, out for brunch, going shopping and trying out new wine bars and singing really bad karaoke. I'm a non smoker and don't have any pets, but am happy to move in with someone who has a pet.

In terms of what kind of place I'm looking for, I'm pretty flexible, I do have a car so something with parking would be great (street parking is fine) and something with a balcony or outdoor area would be amazing. Furnished or unfurnished is also fine, the only furniture I own is a double bed and a small bookshelf/cabinet.

Unfortunately it's unlikely I'll be able to visit in person before moving in, but am happy to video call or even provide a reference from my current housemate!
