Hi future flatmates!

My name is Charlotte and I’ll be turning 24 next year. I’m currently looking for place to stay on 22nd January 2026.

I’ll be starting a Masters of Nursing at the University of Melbourne in February 2026 and will be working alongside my studies. I have a solid rental history and always pay rent and bills on time. I value open communication and mutual respect, and I enjoy living with people who are easygoing and don’t take life too seriously. I’m always happy to share a meal or chat, but I also really value alone time. During placements I’ll be quite busy and out of the house a lot.

I’m tidy, organised, and like keeping a clean and comfortable space. I’m very mindful about doing my share of chores and keeping common areas nice for everyone.

I’m also very open to a video call or message exchange so we can get to know each other better. As I’m overseas, I’m also happy to pay the bond early to secure the room.
