Soon to be Postgraduate student in Sept. 2026 hoping to look for fellow female flatmates to share in Sydney. I grew up in a Chinese - Filipino community, but am Korean. Worked with Americans and other nationals during my corporate life. I've also flat shared in Seoul with Japanese, German and French nationals - all female.
I speak English, Korean on a native level, a bit of Mandarin and Filipino - used to speak bit of Spanish too but long gone and tried to learn Japanese but way too difficult.
Would like to try out a short term share first, and if our lifestyle match would love to extend it for as long as we can agree on.
I value mutual respect and communication to resolve any differences flatmates would have. Would prefer a flatmate from off-shoes culture- as I understand habits are die hard. I am not much of a party-goer, or late night out individual but would love to hangout with my flatmate/s. I don't mind having friends over- but at least do tell ahead and not every other day.
I love cats, just don't have one myself, but open to a flatmate with a cat. A non-smoker and or any other vises. I am into running, yoga - kind of cliche- hoping to get back swimming and surfing with the move.
I don't have a car- nor plan on buying one yet so you can have the parking to yourself if the flat has a spot.
