Jude

Hi, my name is Jude Lee and I’m from South Korea.
I’m fluent in English and Korean, and I also speak Japanese at a good level.

I’ll be moving to Australia on January 16th to study at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney. I plan to spend the first 1–2 weeks inspecting places, and if the house and living environment suit me well, I’m happy to stay long-term (up to 2 years) as I’ll be a full-time student.

I’m flexible with location and happy to live anywhere with convenient access between Sydney CBD and my school.

I don’t drink or smoke, and I’m not a party person. I also won’t be bringing friends over, so I prefer a quiet, respectful household. I’m quite clean and tidy, and I always take good care of shared spaces.

My lifestyle will mostly involve going to school from morning until evening, and on days without classes, I may be working and coming home late at night. If I share a room, I’d prefer a roommate with a similar schedule.

It would be great if the place has facilities like a gym, and having a clean, pest-free environment is very important to me.

I’m responsible, easy-going, and respectful of others’ privacy.
