Hey, I’m Matt,

I’m a working professional in my late 30s, easy-going, respectful and house-proud. I enjoy a friendly, social home where people are comfortable chatting, cooking or hanging out now and then, but I also value everyone having their own space and downtime.

I’m clean, considerate and low-drama. I’m big on keeping shared areas tidy and being mindful of noise, especially during the week. I enjoy the beach lifestyle, staying active, and a calm, positive home vibe.

For transparency, I have two kids who live in QLD, so it’s just me living in Sydney. I’m looking for a mid- to long-term place with like-minded people who value respect, good energy and an easy household dynamic.
