I'm sociable and enjoy hitting up bars and pubs, but also appreciate chilled nights in or sitting in parks, and doing creative hobbies. I’m looking for a private room in a shared house, with a move in date available from now, but I am flexible with exact dates. I have a budget of $300-$450 including bills, depending on the property/location. I am currently looking for ideally 10 months or a 2 month contract.
