I am young male looking for a room to move into end of January to mid Feb. I work from home as a software engineer and travel for work a fair bit so looking for a comfortable base to come back to.

I am easy going, minimalistic, clean, quiet, respectful of other people, and spend my free time out of the house, working out, at cafes/restaurants, hanging with friends, reading, programming, etc. I love my sleep so ideally you don't blast music at 3am (please?).

Looking for a nice place/housemates who can get along with, have the occasional chat with, and maybe grab a meal (if not no worries!).
