Hi, my name is Kate and I am a person that is spiritual BUT not religious! I do meditate which I find to be essential for a healthy spirit and so I do tend to keep to myself. As I am an Empath - a very rare one - We are known as INFJ. This kind of empath needs solitude. But, I have my moments and I am very social too! I enjoy a glass of wine!!! But for me what is paramount is Peace! I'm working on myself to be the very best version of myself I can be before I die!!!
I am looking to volunteer this year, as a way to give back! Especially to a country that has given me so much in my life!
