Looking for a room to rent – $300 max per week

I’m currently looking for a room to rent around the eastern suburbs; I'm very flexible, I’m very happy to consider anywhere nearby as well. From Richmond through to Blackburn, happy with anywhere in between just chasing good roommates and a place to feel comfortbale in.
My budget is up to $400 per week
A little about me:
I recently moved to Melbourne from Adelaide. I'm working full-time Mon-Fri and like to live a pretty balanced, wholesome lifestyle.
During the week, I love going to the gym or pilates, getting my steps in, cooking easy dinners, and having chill nights. On the weekends I’m usually out seeing friends, exploring my new city, and trying to find the best coffee in Melbs.
I love the beach, travelling all over, making new friends and indulging in a cheeky aperol or two 😉
I’m clean, respectful, and very considerate of shared spaces. I've been renting for the last five years so I genuinely value a calm, positive home environment. I am hoping for somewhere that feels like home; I can be relaxed and comfortable after a busy day. I’m always up for a chat or shared dinner (I make a good voddy pasta), but I also so completely respect personal space; you won't even know I'm there.
