Hi, I’m Freya. I’m looking for a clean, peaceful and comfortable home with good natural light.

I’m looking for somewhere I can feel settled, and potentially stay long-term if things go well. I’m not looking for a party house. I prefer a calm, respectful, clean and well-maintained home environment.

I do some office paperwork and mostly work from home, so I’m hoping to find a quiet place with enough space and privacy. I’m mindful of noise and shared spaces when working from home.

Ideally, I’m looking for a good-sized bedroom of at least 15 sqm, preferably with an ensuite or private bathroom. A good-sized built-in wardrobe or enough closet/storage space is important to me, as I have quite a few clothes.

I prefer a bedroom with good sunlight, bigger windows and a light, open feeling. Ideally, the bedroom windows are not facing south. I’m also looking for a place that feels fresh, bright and open overall. I prefer furniture and interior colours that are not too dark or heavy, as I feel more comfortable in a bright and uplifting home environment.

A usable living room or shared living area is important to me. I’m looking for a home that does not feel too crowded, ideally with no more than 4 people in total including myself. I feel most comfortable in a clean and uncluttered home with clear and respectful communication around shared living arrangements.

Personally, I enjoy photography, lifestyle content and occasional media/vlog projects, so a nice, light and comfortable environment is important to me. I always respect housemates’ privacy and shared areas.

I’m tidy, respectful and mindful of shared spaces. I don’t cook much, and when I do, it’s usually small and simple dishes. I clean up after myself and prefer living with people who also care about keeping shared areas clean.

I’m a spiritual person, but not religious. I enjoy a peaceful, positive and balanced lifestyle.

Preferred areas are Bentleigh, Bentleigh East, Carnegie, Ormond, McKinnon, Brighton East, Hampton or nearby. I’m not looking for western suburbs. A place close to GESAC would be a bonus, as I’m a member there and go often for swimming, gym and basketball.

A house with solar energy would be a bonus, as it may help save on electricity bills.

I prefer a home with no pets, or pets that do not cause strong smell, excessive hair, noise, or impact on the shared living environment.

I will need to give one month’s notice to my current landlord once I find the right place.
