A full-time professional working as a Coordinator. I’m calm, respectful and very tidy. I value a clean, quiet and well-organised home.

I work from home most of time, so I’m looking for a place that feels stable and peaceful. I’m a light sleeper, I don’t party, and I keep guests to a minimum. I’m considerate with shared spaces, communicate clearly, and always pay rent on time.

What I’m looking for
Must-haves
• A quiet, stable household (low-noise lifestyle)
• A bedroom away from the entrance / main walkway (rear / deeper inside the house preferred)
• Minimal foot traffic outside my room (not next to the living room/kitchen if possible)
• A room with a large window for natural light and ventilation
• A bedroom that’s not too small — I need space for a proper desk setup for WFH
• Clean common areas and respectful housemates

Nice-to-haves
• Good separation between bedrooms and communal areas
• Calm, mature household vibe
