Charlotte and EJ

Hi! We are Charlotte (F 25) and EJ (M 27)

We’re a Kiwi couple moving to Sydney and looking for a place to move into in April. Before moving to Aussie we have been travelling through Canada.

A bit about us: I work full-time in a corporate role and will be mostly office-based, with the occasional work-from-home day. EJ also works full-time. We’re both social, friendly, and easygoing, and enjoy a good chat - but we also appreciate our own space and downtime.

Outside of work, we love getting out and about. We’re big travellers (hence the long Canada stint!), and enjoy snowboarding (can’t imagine we will doing much of that in Sydney!) beach days, coastal walks, hikes, and generally exploring new spots.

Between us, we’ve lived in share houses for several years, so we’re very respectful of shared spaces and know how to be good housemates. We would like to think of ourselves as being clean, tidy, and considerate, and we strike a nice balance between being social at home and having our own routines.

Ideally, we’re looking for a chilled, tidy home with like-minded people who enjoy a chat and hanging out occasionally, but also have their own lives.
