Charlotte and EJ

Hi! We are Charlotte (F 25) and EJ (M 27), we are two Kiwis looking for a place from April. I work full time in a corporate role and am mostly office based, with the occasional work from home day as a little treat. EJ is an osteopath, so if anyone needs an emergency back crack, he’s your guy!!

A bit about us. We both love travelling and new adventures, we have done snowboarding seasons in Canada and a massive road trip through some of the USA’s national parks (literally living in our car). We’re big fans of beach days, coastal walks, hikes, and hunting down yummy coffee and food spots. I love cooking and a cheeky glass of wine or Aperol spritz, and EJ is into bouldering and yoga.

We’re social, friendly, and always up for a good chat or shared dinner, but we also really value our own space and downtime. Definitely not huge party animals. More let’s talk nonsense or debrief the week over a drink rather than let’s have a sesh until 3:00am….

Between us, we’ve lived in share houses for years, so we genuinely understand how to be good housemates (or at least I’d like to think so!). We’re clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and pretty good at reading the room. We like a home that feels warm and social, but also calm and easy.
