Hey, I’m 27, from the UK and have been living in Perth for just over a year now. I work full time in Meeting & Event Sales in the CBD, and I am a respectful and tidy tenant. I have always paid rent on time and in full (both here in Australia and back home in the UK!). I like to socialise occasionally but also appreciate my own space. I am looking for a room to rent, as my current lease is due to expire at the end of January, and my landlord will be moving in. I currently live with my sister, and we would prefer two rooms in the same house, however this is not a deal breaker. I am flexible with length of stay but initially would prefer a maximum of 3 months, just so that we can see if this is the right fit for the both of us!
