Chelsea and Matt

About us:

Hi! We’re Chelsea and Matt, a warm, responsible couple looking for a comfortable whole home or private granny flat from late September to early November 2026 (approximately 6 weeks). We are healthcare workers who will be in the Gold Coast during that period before going for a 3 month stint in NSW in November.

We share our lives with two small dogs (Murphy and Wally) and two lovebirds (Pete and Lulu), and we treat every home we stay in as though it were our own. Respect for other people’s belongings and spaces is something we take genuinely seriously; you’ll find your home exactly as you left it, or better.

A small yard is important to us so our dogs can get some fresh air and outdoor time each day.

What makes us great houseguests:

We care deeply about the homes we stay in and treat every space with respect. We’re tidy, considerate people who leave spaces spotless. Our stay is fixed with a clear end date, so there’s no uncertainty or open-ended arrangements. We’re excellent communicators and always easy to reach.

We’re ideally looking in the Gold Coast region, though we’re happy to consider surrounding areas as we don’t mind a bit of a drive to work.

Furnished is preferred, as we’re travelling light and want to slot in seamlessly without disrupting your setup. We’re happy to provide references, answer any questions, or jump on a quick call to introduce ourselves.
