Hi everybody,
I’m a 35-year-old public school teacher working full-time. I’m tidy, clean, organised, respectful, and generally quiet, and I take good care of the place I live in.
I’m looking for a furnished room or unit, either short- or long-term, for around $300 to $450. In my free time, I enjoy reading, manga and anime, gaming, cooking, going for walks or hikes, shopping, eating out, and spending time with family and friends.
To me, a good flatmate is respectful, considerate, and communicates openly. I value people who keep shared spaces reasonably clean and tidy, respect each other’s privacy, and are mindful of noise. Being reliable, honest, and friendly also goes a long way toward creating a comfortable, positive home environment.
