Hi! I am an International student, looking for a place to stay at with my twin sister who is also an international student. (The budget I mentioned is for one person so for both of us it would be 400 AUD per week and open to negotiation!) Also we are flexible with the length of stay and are willing to extend it to 6 months or more if the property is compatible!
I’m pursuing a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering at RMIT University, while my sister is a Bachelors student in Business Analytics at Deakin University.
We both are friendly, warm girls who love watching movies together! As our courses are academically demanding, we prioritise a quiet living environment and stay away from any party situation. We would have very simple daily lifestyles which would include only commuting to and from our Universities and occasionally going to the mall or beach on weekends. We like simple cooking, usually rice and soup and are responsible with keeping a clean living space. We would love to get one room for both of us, but are flexible with sharing with others or having separate rooms! We’d really prefer a property with all females, especially if there’s a shared bathroom.
