Hiya I'm Olive, 22, from Awabakal/Worimi country (Newcastle). I've been in Naarm for a little while, subletting in Brunswick and preparing for studying. I'm looking for a place from the beginning of April.

Here's what I'm looking for...
- A furnished sublet, or a team-up with two or three cool folks to start a house in February.
- Ideally a stable 6-12 month stay or longer for my first year back at uni full time.
- Within 45 mins of city central by public transport, Northern suburbs ideally!
- Rent budget around $300 pw, ideally less.

I'm studying game design, and I'm passionate about mutual aid, activism, and working with kids. My hobbies include bikeriding, websurfing and following bugs around.

I value quiet time and respecting personal space, and keeping a safe and clean house.
I'm keen on a bit of a social house with folks who wanna be friends, I love dancing around the kitchen and making delicious veg meals, or to plonk down and craft in front of the tv.
I'm sober but okay with being around drugs and smokers.
