I'm looking for a new living situation, ideally minimum 6months, with possibility for ongoing long term.
I work 6 days a week as a Jeweller in Labrador, so will really only be home in the evenings and Sundays.
I also have my 7yr old daughter who stays with me every 2nd weekend.
She stays Friday night, comes to work with me for a half-day Saturday, then goes home Sunday, so we will be rarely at home when together.
I'm open to anywhere from Helensvale, west to Tambourine, south to Bonogin and anything in between, and can pay $450 including bills per week.
I keep a very clean house, easy-going and happy to have a chat, respectful of others space, non-smoker and don't drink.
I enjoy hiking and fossicking in my downtime, and watching the NRL.
