Hi! My name is Clem, I’m from France and currently living in Melbourne. I moved here to focus on my career and I’m working full-time as a Team Leader in hospitality. I have a stable job and regular income, and I’m looking for a comfortable place where I can stay longer term.

I’m an easygoing, respectful and clean person to live with. I enjoy a calm and friendly home environment, I’m tidy, and I always take care of shared spaces. I get along well with different people and I’m happy to have a chat or share a meal sometimes, but I also respect everyone’s space and routine.

Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, discovering new places, good food and wine, cinema and just having a balanced lifestyle.

I’m ideally looking for a room where I can feel at home, with nice and respectful housemates. I’m ready to move in soon and I’m quite flexible with inspections.
