My name is Arthur Cardoso, and I am applying for this property together with my partner, Elly Chow. We are very keen to secure a long-term home and believe we would be reliable, low-risk tenants.

I am originally from Brazil, but I have been living in Sydney since February 2020 and currently work as a full-time rope access contractor. I also operate and continue to grow my own abseiling business, Standard Work at Height, which provides me with stable and consistent income. My work involves site supervision and responsibility for safety and compliance, requiring reliability, discipline, and attention to detail.

I value stability and routine and I believe keeping a well-maintained home is extremely important to facilitate this. After work, I focus on maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I enjoy reading, running, and exercising, and I’m always working on improving myself and maintaining positive routines. This involves sustaining a clean, organised, and respectful household, and being mindful of the condition of the property at all times.

Elly and I have lived together for over one and a half years and have a strong, stable routine. We take pride in being excellent tenants and have a proven history of caring for the properties we live in and always paying rent on time (if not in advance). We understand the importance of maintaining a rental to an exceptional standard and demonstrating clear communication.
