Hello there! — I’m Nick / Nico (he/him).

I’m starting a Master of Theatre (Dramaturgy), while continuing part-time work as a journalist. I’m 42, gay, originally from Canberra.

I’m an easy-going, good-humoured housemate — I respect space, but enjoy conversation and shared meals.

I’m pretty chill day-to-day, but I am a theatre person, so I really value a house where laughter, conversation, and a glass of wine are normal.

Not a bad cook either (from the basics to Ancient Roman).

I’ve lived solo, in uni accommodation, and in shared flats and lodgings (including overseas), and I’ve also house-sat, so I’m comfortable with shared living and house routines.

Culturally omnivorous; serious about what I do, not necessarily the way I do it.

Reported on ACT’s cost-of-living crisis, and received an award from a poverty relief charity for my services to the community.
