I am friendly, clean and always happy to help out around the house. I am fortunate to have a consistent stream of income working full-time as a public servant in the CBD and so I have never made a late rental/bill/amenity payment. My hobbies include reading, writing and going out on the weekends to explore different parts of the city. I’m always happy to socialise with roommates but also understand when people need their own space. I’m looking for an inner city sharehouse where the commute is shorter (currently 3 hours a day).
