I’m looking for a furnished room around Toowong, Auchenflower, Milton, Indooroopilly, Taringa, West End, South Brisbane or nearby areas.

I’m a Korean female in my late 20s and currently working as a barista in Toowong. Before coming to Australia, I worked in Korea for around 6 years in international trade, logistics and office-based customer service roles.

I’m quiet, clean, respectful and responsible, and I’m looking for a peaceful and tidy home rather than a party house. I’m used to living independently and always keep shared spaces clean.

Ideally I’m looking for:

* Up to $300/week including bills
* Air conditioning
* Furnished room, preferably with a double bed
* Timber/hard flooring preferred
* Good public transport access to Toowong
* Short or flexible minimum stay preferred

I’m a non-smoker, reliable with rent, and can move in soon. I’m happy to introduce myself properly and provide more information if needed.
