🏡 Looking for a furnished room in Brisbane

Hi! I’m a Korean female in my late 20s, currently living and working in Brisbane.

I’m currently working as a barista in Toowong. Before coming to Australia, I worked in Korea for around 6 years in international trade, logistics and overseas sales. I’m in Australia on a Working Holiday visa and I’m also looking to move into an office/admin or logistics-related role in the future.

I’m a non-smoker, very clean and tidy, introverted and definitely more of a homebody. I enjoy having a peaceful home environment and I’m respectful of shared spaces. I don’t party and usually spend my free time relaxing, studying English, or going out for coffee or a walk.

I’m currently working in Toowong, but I’m planning to buy a car soon, so I’m also open to suburbs further out from the city as long as the place is a good fit.

What I’m looking for:

• Budget: up to $250/week including bills
• Furnished room required
• Air conditioning required
• Timber/tiled flooring — no carpet
• Parking available, preferably off-street
• Regular shower head preferred, not a fixed rainfall shower only
• Quiet and clean household
• No smoking inside the house
• Prefer a shorter or flexible minimum stay rather than a long fixed lease
• Move-in date is flexible and can be discussed

I’m hoping to find a comfortable home where I can stay peacefully and get along well with the household.
