I am a young, single, active 61 years old and grew up on the bayside at Manly. Have also lived in Melbourne, Singapore, the Gold Coast and more recently in Coffs Harbour. Currently staying with friends in Wellington Point, I have moved back to be closer to family and friends.

I am a gold and currency trader by profession and work online from home so it's important that I have room to set up my desk somewhere, e.g. bedroom (if it's big enough) or other available space.

On the social side I enjoy good conversation, cooking, dinner parties and long lunches. Am also a "water baby" and have spent my life in and around the ocean, both surfing, boating and fishing. Long drives to find great lunch spots is also a favourite.

I'm a Broncos and Lions fan and also enjoy cricket and golf ... Was a member at Wynnum GC during Covid and now a member of Southport Golf Club.

Would love to find a clean space, good company and room to settle back in and continue my work. Am open to length of stay/lease but a minimum of 6 months would be great. Also a little flexible as to "move in" date.
