We’re a couple looking for a studio or a room in a shared apartment in the Eastern Suburbs (Bondi area preferred), ideally moving in within the next month.

A bit about us: we’re pursing our master degrees, therefore we’re both working in hospitality/service roles in Sydney, tidy, respectful, and easy-going. We keep to ourselves but are happy to be social when it makes sense. Non-smokers, no pets, no drama — just looking for a comfortable, quiet home base.
