I'm Talleyn (25, they/them) – I'm work part-time in the CBD as a transcriber of police and court stuff, and in my spare time I'm generally either writing fiction, reading, or hanging out with my friends (a sneaky bit of DnD in there too). As far as sharehouse experience goes, I've been on the grind since 2018 and have lived in many different places since then. I've experienced just about every type of sharehouse and housemate you can imagine by this point, for better and for worse.
House-wise, I mainly prioritise a reasonable amount of cleanliness and quiet, as well as just open, adult communication. Lease-wise, I am also very much looking for somewhere to settle down long-term. Otherwise, I'm known to enjoy a chat, but I totally respect the needs of those with more limited social batteries.
