📍 Location: Anywhere with good public transport to Armadale, as I work there. Ideally also close to a supermarket since I don’t have a car.
💰 Budget: $300 per week (up to $320 max) including bills.
📅 Move-in: Flexible — end of March or beginning of April.

I’m a professional in my mid-30s working as a teacher. I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I’ve shared accommodation for many years in New Zealand, so I’m very used to living with others and respecting shared spaces.
