Hi, we are three people (2 females and 1 male) currently looking for a furnished apartment in Melbourne.
We are interested in a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom or 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment. Preferred locations are CBD, Southbank, Docklands, North Melbourne, Carlton, or other areas within 30 minutes to the CBD by tram.
Our details are:
• Number of tenants: 3 (working holiday visa)
• Move-in date: around 23 March
• Lease term: approximately 6 months
• Budget: around $350 per person per week, preferably including bills.
